When I am not working on websites or anything else for that matter. I usually will snap photos, I’ll admit I haven’t been doing it nearly as much as I used to. I also still have thousands of photos to go through. I was on Flickr the other day debating on renewing my pro account or not when I started to research the idea of selling my prints to people.

I am aware there are thousands of websites that do that, but I am thinking more local if anything. So I was looking for some ideas on how to make a site that is simple, yet intriguing to someone who was maybe thinking of buying a nice large sized photo for their office, home or as a gift. I wanted to have an art gallery feel to the site, I stumbled on a site that was offering interior design and the pages scrolled from side to side, to make it look like the walls were being sling-shotted into place. I used 1 HTML file, and some jQuery to power the art gallery site I built to showcase my favorite photos.

It still has a little ways to go as I need to sort all of my photos and put them on there, but it somewhat functional and has some minor CSS issues at the moment.
